Telekom Austria
Telekom Austria is Austria’s largest telecommunications provider. The former monopoly provides both retail and wholesale traditional fixed-line telephone services such as local and long-distance, as well as Internet access and data communications. It has more than 3 million access lines serving both business and residential customers across the country and has telecom holdings in central and southeastern Europe. Its wireless subsidiary, mobilkom austria, has more than 3 million customers in its home country and more than 4.7 million clients through its international holdings. Nearly 50 retail shops provide sales and service.
