Pam went through a job interview and said:

I really love working for petsmart for the most part..
But the flip side of this story has become a nightmare for me.
I work in the grooming dept and i understand that I have to wait three months for the grooming school which I understand this.
But then I was told by the Manger their in grooming who is only 20 years old that it is up to her if i go to grooming school.
She has her bestfriend working with her who she has made her in charge when she is not there.
Then they change the sechulde to fit their needs which is not fair.
They also posted a note in the the grooming book that they will not take any dogs if someone decides not to show up and that is written in the book..So now what do I do just deal with this I guess so.
Sadly they have lost a few good groomers one who had ten years in the business and another one who had two years in the business which by the way they where outstanding groomers..
Now they have lost a wonderful asst manger.
Makes me wonder if the head corp office really cares what is going on there.
So right now I am worried that I will never become a groomer because the mangement in the grooming dept does not like me.
Yes petsmart you have a big issue going on in there..
I have never missed a day of work and I have come into work on my days off or when I have been sick..
SO what should I do should I just sit back and let them treat us like crap or what.
I would think you would have to wonder what the heck is going on in in this store that all the sudden everyone is quiting.
I understand that turn over rates are high in all stores but wake up people this is major and seems to me that no one cares.
I look at it this way if I all the sudden noticed a high rate in people quiting in a one store my butt would be in that store to figure out what is going on..
So I hope that someone reads this and starts to work the bugs out or I should say clean house petsmart..
