The test had some 40-50 questions to be answered in 12 minutes. All were easy, but you’ve to be really fast. some were standard quant. questions and some were finding out the exact replica among the pairs that they give, (those were just words/names with no or little spelling mistake, and you’ve to scan all of them and write how many of them are exact replicas) and the rest were english proverbs, you’ve to choose the one which has nearly the same meaning as the one given.
few. questions realted to geometry were also there, (rather puzzles ) , but i cant remember them exactly. anyway all the best!

The test had 5 rounds..the final 2 are interviews..the initial round will be a 15 min test which will have questions like…how much is 0.45678 * 98888 etc..very simple ones but have to be choosy and correct because its an elimination round. the second one is also a test. i am not sure about the third round but they took one or two days to announce the result.
I attended the test today. It was general aptitude.
50 questions 12min . they selected only one out of 25.
The first round will be Aptitude ( 50 questions in 12 minutes ). Questions will be simple but speed does matter.
The second round will be Analytical round. They will give 5 puzzles n you have to do 3 n apart from that 10 HR questions will be there. All within one hour time. If you clear this second round, the 3rd round will be a technical interview. 4th round will be HR round n it will be based on the answers you wrote in the second round test ( HR questions ) And 5th round will be a Senior Manager Round. Thats All !!!
There will be an aptitute for the short listed candidates. The aptitude consists of 50 questions but for that they will give only 12 minutes to solve.Questions are pretty easy but to answer in such short time span. Then technical and HR rounds are there.
Company is pretty good at least the infrastructure is cool.
Pay ranges from 10-15 k depending upon the candidate. One of my friend getting 12k.
I will have an interview this week. I really need this job but I know I won’t be able to past there test. I freak at test. I’m trying to get answers…………..
My first interview with Ocwen went bad from the start. My job invertview was at 1:00pm, I was seen at 2:15pm. They just put me in another room and said to take this test in 15 min. I just blanked out. After the test I was interviewed for another 45min. They asked me questions like “What is your dream job?”, “If you could be any animal what would you be and why?” They seemed like they really didn’t know what questions to ask. Some times it was a pause in the interview because they were thinking about what to ask. The interview dragged.
I interviewed at Ocwen and got the job. I have been there for 1.5 years and I love it. The phone interview was 30 minutes and then an in person interview the next day. The two tests were simple. The first one was a personality test. This test does not typically influence the hiring decision for entry level positions, they just help the management lead each person in a personalized manner. The second was a mini-S.A.T. used to judge quick thinking and learning capacity. Also, not a major influencer but weeds out the talkers vs. the walkers. Overall, the iring process is pretty laid back and no one should be nervous. Just do the best that you can. The actual interview means the most. Just show your ability to communicate well and your enthusiasm to be involved, be part of a team, and make a difference. Thats all that I care about when hiring. =)
