i have a project based on poppulation control over india.today the biggest problem exixting in india is poppulation.i have a project which can make is possible to have no birth in india for one year.i haved named it NO BIRTH YEAR.My super idea can take india 4-5 years forword from the date it will work.the best thing about me is i am just 19 years old and i have such a vast idea which will not harm any one any production,any system,etc.with your help or without it i know i am going to do it.but i need help i have chosed NDTV because according to me it is the comming best channel of the feature.and my work should be a part of it.i will admire if you will tell me a procedure to meet the PM Mr.Manmohan Singh.
