Dividing its activity into three business areas, the Linde group works in a number of different sectors all around the world and in each sector it positions itself as one of the major players.Linde’s foremost business area is still the manufacture of equipment for the building industry, in particular forklift trucks, vechicles, booms, valve pumps and hydraulic machines. In France, Linde is represented by Fenwick and in Europe by Still.Then there are two other lines of business: Linde supplies everything for gas packaging (hydrogen, nitrogen and argon) for industry, medicine and environmental protection: bottles, containers, and tanks as well as a range of related services. The group is also present in the building engineering market, with an array of solutions and turnkey projects for the petrochemical, chemical and energy industries.Last but not least, refrigerated equipment: Linde builds all kinds of refrigerators, refrigerated display units, cold stores and cooling systems for the food industry.
