Rohit went through a job interview and said:

evalueserve interviw process was split in 4 rounds..

1. had a GD…which was conducted bw 5-7 students…..they took only 1- 2 frm each batch……so we 14 reached for interview process..

2. first was a tech interview…they basically want to know ur general concepts and understandin of core topics……liek i was asked the wrking of a CDwriter in detail….and was asked to draw protocol arch of WiFI….and 802.11 lan……..they also asked about Digital circuits and systems…..gates and or not etc…..the round was for 30 min

3. then had a case study round…basicaly their trademark questions….like at present…how many indians are driving a car..or how many are talking on phone in this office…etc…..would be for30-40 min…bascially want ur approach to solve prob

4 then was another HR……..

5..then had a MR..management review…piece of cake…….they would ask about legal issues involved in eval…and ur compatibility……

best of luck…. be very logical in ur answers…they want to see reasoning…..
