What so I have to do to get my w-2 form for 2005? I have requested one from the Operation Manager Ron Bennett at Dillard’s TownEast in Mesquite, but he consistently says that it has to come from Corporate. When I left Dillard’s in July 2005, I gave Mr. Bennett my new address, and I have checked with him at least 3 times since Januray 31, 2006, but I still have not received the w-2 form. Is there a specific date when Dillard’s will process all re-prints or lost w-2’s? How can I contact Dillard’s Corporate to request a re-print just in case Mr. Bennett has misplaced my request?
