I purchased $100 gift card at A&F for a Christmas gift. Imagine my surprise
when I found out there was nothing on the card. I called customer service
which would not give out the corporate information, they said they would
take care of it. It has been some time now and I have heard nothing and
probably wont. Abercrombie & Fitch allows their employees to steal from
their customers and refuses to do anything about it. If you want someone to
steal from you then shop there, if not don’t.
Jason, just because you’re a prick, doesn’t mean you have to tarnish the image of a company. There’s a logical reason why there was nothing on your gift card, magnets do that sometimes. If you expect the worst, then you’ll get the worst.
A&F and their interviews are relatively simple, you just have to be personable AND BRAND POSITIVE. Their benefits are second to none, great company to work for.
